What data we collect

When you reserve a table: name, phone, date, time, number of guests. When you place an order: name, phone, email (if you give it), the dishes ordered, the pickup or delivery method and address, and a comment. We collect no data about your visit to the website itself — there are no analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it and on what basis

We use the data to process and confirm your reservation or order and to contact you about it (performance of a contract and steps taken at your request, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to answer your enquiries (our legitimate interest). We do not use your data for marketing and do not profile you.

Who we share it with

Only our staff who handle your order. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. If you choose courier delivery (once available), we give the courier only what is needed to deliver — name, phone, address. Orders placed through Bolt Food or Wolt are handled on those platforms under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your reservation or order and to meet accounting and legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time. For any request, write to [email protected], and if you believe your data is handled unlawfully, you may complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija), www.dvi.gov.lv
